Speech and Language Development: At tenth month, your baby may be able to call Mom and Dad intentionally. But some babies may need two or three more months before they are able to do so, this is normal. Emotional and social development: Baby at tenth month may pull your clothes to attract your attention. He will also take the initiative to reach out to other kids, but he will show favor towards older kids. Baby from now on will become more and more self-conscious and may become "disobedient". He starts to find out that you tell him "no" to touch certain things that may pose danger. But even if he can understand your command, he will still act in accordance with his own intent.
