Kindergartens in Bukit Timah

Bukit Timah is one of the few area in which you cannot find public housing. Yes, it is a place where the riches live. This is probably one of the reasons why the school fee in the kindergartens in this area is generally much higher than many other areas in Singapore.

PCF-operated kindergarten is usually located in public housing area, this is why you can only find 1 PCF kindergarten in this area.

One thing I dislike about the education (including pre-school) system in Singapore is the nepotism-like system in school admission for both pre-school institution and primary school. This system gives admission priority for those kids whose father, or mother, or brothers have studies in the school before. In some of the kindergartens in this area, this priority is extended to even more groups which has some kind of association with the kindergartens.
