For example, PCF SPARKLETOTS TECK GHEE (BLK 310A) charges Singapore citizen $642 for full day child care, but $963 for foreigner for same service.

Kindergartens at Woodlands

There are 29 kindergartens in woolands, the regional centre in the northern part of Singapore.

Toa Payoh is a mature town with an ageing population, this may explain why it has only 10 kindergartens.
