Language factor in choosing maid

It is no doubt that maid from the Philippine is most popular in Singapore.

Singapore is a diverse countries with three major races: Chinese, Malay and Indian. Although they can speak the common official language-English, people of different races can speak at least another language-the mother tongue.

For Indian families in Singapore, they will intend to hire Indian maids although some indian families in the end choose Filipino maids who speak better English.
