There are altogether 13 kindergartens in Bukit Batok, a booming town in west part of Singapore.
8 of these kindergartens, which accounted for more half of the kindergartens in the area, are operated by PCF. One of the most important feature of the kindergartens operated by PCF is that the fee charged is usually the lowest in the town.
Although PCF kindergartens have the same name, but the fee charged vary from kindergarten to kindergartens. In the example of Bukit Batok, most of the kindergartens operated by PCF charge a fee of $118 for Kindergarten 2, but there is one or two charge a fee of $130 for the same level.
Highest fee charged is by one private kindergarten Canossian Convent Kindergarten which charge parents $730 for a term.
